Own the compliance review process for Folionet’s external communications and customer-facing materials (website content, disclosures, emails, ads, social, product messaging). You’ll partner with Product, Legal/Compliance stakeholders, and Marketing to ensure all content is accurate, fair, and properly documented—creating repeatable workflows that let teams move fast without taking regulatory risk.

You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide users through product features, and escalate technical or account-related cases with clear context—helping ensure customers feel confident and supported throughout their experience.
