Own the compliance review process for Folionet’s external communications and customer-facing materials (website content, disclosures, emails, ads, social, product messaging). You’ll partner with Product, Legal/Compliance stakeholders, and Marketing to ensure all content is accurate, fair, and properly documented—creating repeatable workflows that let teams move fast without taking regulatory risk.

  • Financial services / broker-dealer marketing compliance (reviews, approvals, record retention)
  • Disclosures & claim substantiation (accuracy, fair & balanced language, prohibited statements)

We’re looking for a creative professional who’s eager to grow within the marketing space—especially someone passionate about designing for social media and able to adapt to different formats and visual communication needs.

About the role:

On our design team, we value versatility and the ability to flex based on business goals. This role will work closely with our Marketing and Product teams across areas like Email Marketing, our website, and our mobile and web apps—helping ensure visual and messaging consistency across every channel.

Required Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (minimum intermediate): Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools.
  • Figma for social media (minimum basic).
  • AI tools (minimum basic): generating images, video, and creative assets.
  • Strong, up-to-date social media knowledge: content formats, trends, and how platform algorithms work.
  • English Language (B2 or superior).

Non-exclusive skills (nice to have; you don’t need every item to apply):

  • Community management.
  • Content creation.
  • Copywriting.
