An Advisory Account allows you to invest in the stock market with the full backing of our expert team. It is designed for those seeking professional management of their investments, combining simplicity and trust. Below are the key features to help you navigate your account and maximize its benefits.
The Dashboard (Home Screen)
Upon logging into your Advisory Account, you will see your Total Account Balance accompanied by a performance chart with various time-range filters.
- Mobile App: In the top right corner, you will find two main menus: Balance and More. Here, you can access documents, transaction history, and rename your account.
- Web Version: These options are located at the top of the screen.
- Portfolio Breakdown: At the bottom, you will see your specific portfolio details, including Daily Return, Total Return, and Amount Invested. This section also allows you to review your Asset Allocation (specific assets and sectors).
- Exploration: You can view other available Folionet portfolios to compare features and select the one(s) that best align with your goals.
How It Works
Folionet Advisory Accounts are built for simplicity and automation. Once your account is active, you only need to fund it and select a portfolio. You can perform these steps in any order.
- Automated Buying: When you have an assigned portfolio and sufficient funds, our system executes trades automatically—no need for manual orders or contacting support.
- Selling: If you wish to sell all or part of your holdings, a request is required. You can initiate this directly through the mobile app, the web platform, or by contacting our team.
Selecting a Portfolio
Once your account is active, the next step is to fund it and choose your strategy. You can browse the available portfolios and pick the one that fits your profile. If you have questions, our advisors are available for guidance.
- Suitability Check: If a selected portfolio carries a higher risk level than indicated in your Investment Profile, our team will contact you before proceeding. This ensures the strategy is appropriate for your needs. Once approved and funded, the investment is executed automatically.
Switching Portfolios
You can change your portfolio at any time. Simply browse the new strategy, review its details (description, historical performance, and composition), and confirm by tapping Select Portfolio.
- Implications: Before confirming, you will see a summary of the change. This involves liquidating (selling) your current holdings, a process that typically takes 24 to 48 business hours.
- Alternative: You also have the option to open a new account for the new strategy instead of modifying your current one.
- Risk Adjustments: If the new portfolio implies higher risk, it may require an update to your Investment Profile. Our support team will guide you through this.
How to Sell & Withdraw
You can withdraw your funds at any time with no restrictions.
- Process: Go to the Dashboard and select Trade. From there, you can request a partial or full withdrawal and specify the amount. Alternatively, you can email us at support@folionet.com from your registered address.
- Timeline: Requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Prorated Fees: If you perform a full withdrawal, a prorated management fee for the current quarter will be applied. For example, a withdrawal halfway through the quarter would incur a fee of approximately 0.125%.
Managing Multiple Portfolios
Diversify your capital by opening multiple Advisory Accounts with different strategies.
- How to Open: The easiest way is via the Dashboard. Select Open Account, choose Advisory Account, and accept the agreements.
- From an Existing Account: You can also open a new account by selecting a different portfolio while viewing the list; the system will offer the option to open a new account instead of switching.
- Independence: Each account operates independently. Please ensure each new account meets the minimum funding requirement for the portfolio to be purchased.
