At Folionet, we believe transparency is the foundation of a strong relationship with our clients. That’s why we outline the fees associated with our products clearly and precisely.

Commissions vary depending on the account type you choose. Below is a breakdown of our fee structure:

Advisory Accounts

There are no commissions for daily trades (buys/sells) or portfolio rebalancing during cash movements or position rotations. Instead, a advisory fee of up to 1% annually is applied based on the average daily value of the portfolio. This fee is billed quarterly (up to 0.25% per quarter).

  • Example: A portfolio with a daily average of $10,000 would incur a 1% annual fee ($100), billed in four quarterly installments of $25.

Self-investing Accounts

We offer a flat commission of $0.98 per trade (both buys and sells), regardless of the order size. Please note that for sell orders, the NYSE may apply additional regulatory fees (a few cents) depending on the transaction size.

Joint Accounts

Available for both Advisory and Self-investing accounts; the corresponding fee structure will apply based on the account type chosen. Additionally, a minimum investment of $5,000 is required. If the balance falls below this minimum, a monthly maintenance fee of $10 will apply until the account meets the threshold.

Minor Accounts

These accounts follow the same structure as AdvisoryAccounts. There are no trading commissions or rebalancing fees; only an annual management fee of up to 1% (billed quarterly at 0.25%).

  • Example: For a $10,000 average daily balance, the annual fee is $100, paid in $25 quarterly increments.

Bond Accounts

Through our strategic partnerships, you can acquire U.S. Treasury Bills with maturities of up to 12 months. Commissions for buying or selling these assets range from 0.1% to 1%, depending on current market availability.

If you hold multiple account types, each will follow the specific fee structure of its respective category as outlined above.
