Because Folionet is a commercial brand located in the United States, it is mandatorily regulated by the same bodies that regulate Folionet Private Wealth Management. • Joint Accounts: You can share account ownership with a second person — available as either Personal or Managed. Note that the minimum investment is $5,000.
• Minor Accounts: Invest in your children's or younger loved ones' future, building a solid foundation from today. Start investing from $2,000.
• Bond Accounts: ccess Treasury Bonds, one of the most liquid and safe assets in the world, ideal for those seeking stability and capital protection. Available starting at $20,000.

All our products are available under a single Folionet registration, without needing to create multiple credentials or access points. This lets you manage your investments in an integrated, efficient, and secure manner.

Allowed Countries

At Folionet, we have clients in over 60 countries around the world. However, for regulatory reasons, we cannot offer our services in certain jurisdictions. This is due to compliance with international regulations, including laws and regulations administered by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and FATF (Financial Action Task Force), which impose restrictions for individuals and entities located in sanctioned territories.

Restricted jurisdictions include countries such as Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and the Crimea region of Ukraine, among others. Additionally, due to provisions from our custodian, it is currently not possible to open investment accounts for residents of Bolivia, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

• Current Clients in Venezuela: Clients who already have an active Folionet account may continue using it normally. This restriction applies only to the opening of new accounts.
• Venezuelan Citizens Abroad: This does not affect Venezuelan citizens whose residential address is registered in another (permitted) country.
