We have clients in more than 60 countries around the world. However, for regulatory reasons, we cannot offer our services in certain jurisdictions. This is due to compliance with international regulations, including laws and regulations administered by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and the FATF (Financial Action Task Force), which impose restrictions on persons and entities located in sanctioned territories.
Restricted jurisdictions include countries such as Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and the Crimea region of Ukraine, among others. Additionally, due to provisions from our clearing agent, it is currently not possible to open investment accounts for residents of Bolivia, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.
